Engage with Customers: Make outbound calls to policyholders, prospects, and customers, building rapport and identifying tailored insurance solutions. Drive Sales Results: Conduct needs-based discovery conversations to offer the right solutions, submit applications over the phone, and close sales. Problem Solve: Handle inquiries, objections, and challenges with professionalism, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on policy provisions, rates, and marketing campaigns to effectively meet customer needs. Exceed Goals: Achieve and surpass established targets by following best practices and continuously improving sales technique

Licensing Requirement: Active life, health, and accident insurance licenses are required at the time of hire. Applications without these licenses will not be considered Strong customer interaction and sales skills: Experience in sales environments, with excellent customer communication. Ability to overcome objections while focusing on meeting customer needs. Flexibility: Regular and predictable attendance with the flexibility to adjust to various schedules as needed. Open to a test-and-learn environment and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-driven setting Proficient in computer skills: Comfortable multitasking with software. Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment as needed for a remote work environment. Strong problem solving and time management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired goals.
