Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and collaboration systems. This role serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in Cisco Unified Communications design, implementation, and support.
  • Expertise in Cisco UC components: CUCM, Unity, UCCE, Jabber/Presence, WebEx, and Emergency Responder.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, QoS, VOIP, and enterprise networking protocols (MPLS, BGP, EIGRP).
  • Experience with end-user devices and collaboration tools: Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft O365, Teams, Teams Voice.
  • Familiarity with network and voice infrastructure: LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, PSTN, PRI, TDM, POTS.
  • Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux and/or Windows server infrastructure.
  • Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Workday, Epic, AD, Jira) via ServiceNow connectors and APIs.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a commitment to information security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
