Freelance Marketing Manager

Our client, a well-known insurance company, is looking for a freelance Freelance Marketing Manager to join their team in a hybrid (remote / onsite) capacity. This is a 40 hour per week role, and will be onsite at their NYC office Tuesday - Thursday, and remote Monday and Friday.

The Freelance Marketing Manager will:

  • Manage marketing materials, support advisor communications, maintain their internal website, and coordinate with outside vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant marketing resources
  • Juggle multiple projects at once, and have strong attention to detail
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of marketing materials, and track / renew dates for all assets
  • Schedule + send timely email communications to their advisors, announcing webinars, workflow changes, and / or updates
  • Update their website content (marketing resources, news / updates, etc.) and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, and easy to find

The Freelance Marketing Manager has:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or similar role
  • Strong organizational / project management experience
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-focused environment
  • Ability to learn + use tools such as Workfront, and email marketing platforms
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Any experience in financial services or insurance is preferred (or other highly regulated industry)

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
