Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to oversee our email and text communications strategy. This individual will focus heavily on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization (90% email / 10% text), ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in email marketing / deliverability / campaign strategy.
• Strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management.
• Experience with MailWiz, SendGrid, or similar ESPs.
• Skilled in persuasive, compliant copywriting.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SMS campaign tools (a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Regulated industry experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Infrastructure & Deliverability:
• Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
• Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
• Content & Campaign Creation:
• Create and refine email templates and content (empathy, urgency, demands).
• Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
• Run A/B testing across content and design.
• Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns (10%).
• Campaign Management & Analytics:
• Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
• Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
• Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
• Provide insights to optimize performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
• Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals.
• Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
