We are currently seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant (Customer Service & Warehousing) to join our team in Toronto, ON (remote).
The Microsoft Dynamics Functional Analyst – Customer Service and Warehousing position plays a key role in identifying, analyzing and translating business requirements and processes into D365 F&O technological solutions. S/he provides guidance to the various stakeholders on how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations can best answer their requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and build the Functional Design Documents required for a successful D365 F&O implementation (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows). During the project development phase, the functional analyst will configure the project and operational environments according to the needs identified during the conception, solution redesign, support the development team and provide demos. S/he will support the development of the testing, planning and execution of the required tests while ensuring the delivery of the integrated solutions answers the business needs.
S/he has excellent communication skills in addition to extensive knowledge of functional analyst professional practices and strategic business acumen. S/he will work closely with business partners, analysts, architects, the development team and managers.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations, or equivalent. Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Customer Service and Warehousing modules. Proven ability to identify and formalize business needs, convert them into instances of use, user case histories and/or test cases. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an asset.
