We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer and Support Engineer to take ownership of the development, customization, and support of our Dynamics 365 instance. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and product managers in an Agile SCRUM environment to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure optimal system performance. While our India office is based in Mumbai, this role can be handled remotely and will be responsible for supporting global operations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field along with 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and support along with experience in Agile SCRUM delivery environments. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and proficiency with version control systems such as BitBucket. Proven technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization along with a strong understanding of security and compliance best practices within Dynamics 365. Strong experience in C# and.NET for developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations. Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Competence in SQL Server database management and optimization. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems via REST APIs and Azure services. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to liaise across technical and business teams.
Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices in Dynamics 365 development and configuration. Maintain high standards of system performance, security, and compliance and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the Dynamics ecosystem.
