As an English-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be part of our team in Romania, providing professional and friendly assistance to customers throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include: providing excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and other communication platforms; guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes; working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions; accurately updating customer records and databases; recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs; adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery; and representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.

What we're looking for: strong English language skills (B2 level upwards); motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience; availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00); flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training; excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills; and prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
