This position receives and responds to inbound calls, inquiries, and communications from customers and other customer representatives.
Responsibilities:
Operational hours: Monday through Saturday – 9am-9pm EST – varies shifts available within those hours.

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until September 12, 2025. The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
