This in an introductory course in algorithm analysis with applications in discrete mathematics. Topics covered include complexity analysis, finite logic, Boolean algebra, sets, functions, counting, finite state machines, automata, regular expressions, and cryptography. Learners will determine how variability affects outcomes and assesses the suitability of an algorithm to solve a given problem.
