Working in tandem with the Strategic Sales Director in the Lifesciences division, the Account Manager is a critical client facing team member who drives client satisfaction and revenue through seamless delivery of service across multiple platforms and products. By developing a deep understanding of DTC and HCP clients' ROI/CPA, audience goals, marketing strategy and demographics, the Account Manager helps clients and Sales partners develop, execute, optimize and up-sell digital campaigns across integrated programs.

The individual that will succeed in this role will have experience driving client engagement, on-boarding new customers and agencies, leading campaign strategy and ensuring that clients achieve optimal results against their goals by improving KPIs through a variety of mechanisms. Strong time management, organization, presentations skills, cross-group collaboration, and thought leadership skills are all critical. Responsibilities include:

  • Clear, concise communication to internal teammates and clients/agencies
  • Leading cross-functional teams in support of client goals
  • Balancing client needs with Sharecare's goals while maintaining a positive consumer experience
  • Proactive management of client program performance to maximize profitability
  • Providing resolution of customer issues and managing/escalating concerns as appropriate
  • Collaborating on pre-sale proposals and campaign strategies
  • Utilizing and translating data analytics throughout the sales process
  • Providing post sales implementation quarterbacking and support
  • Establishing regular status meetings with clients
  • Monitoring campaign delivery and performance to make proactive recommendations
  • Driving performance improvement initiatives based on measurement provided by third-party sources
  • Assisting accounts receivable with monthly billing
  • Providing industry insights and highlighting significant trends
  • Contributing towards successful contract renewal and account growth

Qualifications include:

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum 3-year experience in client service of digital advertising campaigns
  • Ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex business subjects
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, MS Office, MS Power Point, and Excel
  • Strong analytical skill set and ability to use data for strategy
  • Infectious passion for teamwork, client service, digital advertising and reaching business results
  • Ability to travel to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars and industry events
