Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including tenant onboarding, lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
• Ensure compliance with relevant UK property laws and regulations, including health and safety, landlord obligations, and licensing
• Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and deposit handling in line with legal requirements
• Conduct regular market research to inform pricing strategies and rental value assessments
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and contractor management
• Maintain accurate property records, tenancy documents, and operational reports
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, letting agents, and legal professionals as needed
• Support financial reporting including budgeting, expense tracking, and ROI analysis
• Assist with process improvements to streamline operations and enhance tenant experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years' proven experience in property management, lettings, or residential rentals
• In-depth knowledge of UK property laws, particularly landlord-tenant legislation
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and rent collection
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote UK-based team
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Access to a laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet home office setup
