Business Development Support Executive

Join a leading UK-based firm in commercial property solutions, as a Business Development Support Executive. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting the sales and telemarketing teams by ensuring all CRM data is accurate, actionable, and up to date. You'll help streamline the business development pipeline, making it easier for the team to engage with high-value clients and hit ambitious long-term growth targets.

Salary: R25,000 - R28,000 Per Month

Responsibilities

• Audit, update and maintain the Pipedrive CRM system with accurate company and contact data.
• Verify whether target companies are still trading and update basic business details.
• Review external data sources to assess key triggers — such as lease expiration dates — to inform outreach timing.
• Identify the correct points of contact (POC) for each account, including C-suite executives, Directors, EAs, and Office Managers.
• Research company profiles and size using tools such as LinkedIn and databases to refine targeting.
• Log insights and prepare call sheets so the telemarketing team can focus on high-quality outbound activity.
• Work closely with the business development team to flag warm leads and prioritise high-value opportunities.
• Ensure a clean and efficient CRM system that supports a long sales cycle and aligns with Sterling PMD's strategic growth goals.
