Answer telephone inquiries, accurately transfer calls, take detailed messages, assist in sales efforts by qualifying and when appropriate booking the business of pop up inquiries, assist sales team in the area of telephone prospecting and outside sales blitzes by contacting clients. Assist sales team in retrieving rooming lists, deposits and banquet guarantees when needed. Order office supplies, prepare sales kits, complete proposals, contracts, BEOs and Banquet Checks. Maintain Office filing system, sort mail, create banquet door signs. May perform additional duties as required.
