About the Team

This team performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.

About the Role

This is a position in Quality Assurance responsible for leading the development and execution of performance and automation testing solutions. This position works with management to apply automation strategy and to plan and execute effective and efficient performance and automation testing to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated and performance tests for software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure testing aligns with business goals.
• Identify and implement tools and processes that enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
• Investigate and document issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain and administer testing environments and tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Participate in quality assurance planning, reviews, and audits.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering.
• Expertise in JMeter (3+ years), including scripting, configuration, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with LoadRunner and other performance testing tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and Linux/shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and performance testing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and growth-oriented approach.
