Join our team at LexisNexis Österreich! We are looking for a dedicated, communicative, and AI-savvy person who enjoys making behind-the-scenes processes efficient and supporting our sales team.

Your tasks – varied, diverse, and important:

• Creation and dispatch of order forms for our digital products
• Qualification of marketing leads from Austria and the CEE region – including customer communication and CRM processing
• Preparation, follow-up, and coordination of customer appointments
• Ongoing data collection, maintenance, and updating in the CRM system
• Creation of usage analyses and user lists for optimal customer support
• Conducting reports and tracking (lead dashboard, order intake, etc.)
• Utilizing AI tools to optimize internal processes
• Participating in process improvements in CRM and other systems
• Support in the helpdesk (technical 1st-level support, in case of absence)
• Close cooperation and communication with various departments to ensure smooth operations

What you bring – professionally and personally:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration and service-oriented work
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good knowledge of common office applications and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with AI applications and openness to new technologies
