This is a hybrid role to our Dayton, Ohio office. This individual must go into our office every Monday and Tuesday.

About the role:

As a Marketing Specialist – Field Marketing, you'll support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns within a defined U.S. region. This junior-level role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow. You'll help coordinate events, ABM initiatives, regionally tailored customer-facing content, and reporting efforts to ensure marketing programs are successful and aligned with regional business goals. This role reports directly to the Head of Small Law Marketing and works closely with regional sales colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in executing regional marketing plans tailored to the Small Law segment.
  • Supporting the rollout of localized campaigns and ensure relevance for small firm audiences.
  • Helping coordinate webinars, virtual events, and in-person engagements within the region.
  • Tracking campaign performance and assist with reporting on key metrics such as leads and engagement.
  • Collaborating with regional sales teams to support lead follow-up and campaign alignment.
  • Helping develop and adapt regionally focused, sales-facing materials such as state-specific content, talking points, and event collateral.
  • Contributing to the creation of customer-facing materials that reflect regional priorities and messaging.
  • Supporting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts to drive engagement with priority accounts.
  • Owning and managing the regional marketing budget, ensuring all activities are planned and executed within financial guidelines.
  • Contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
  • Have familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, CMS, Survey tools).
  • Have great communication and organizational skills.
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Have a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior marketers.
  • Have experience with event coordination or campaign execution is a plus.
