Our Court Data Access team is focused on expanding access to critical court documents and judicial data across the United States. We believe that public access to legal information drives transparency, better outcomes, and improved trust in the legal system.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Court Access Account Executive to join our team. This role is focused on cultivating relationships with county-level courts and judicial administrators across the U.S. to enable access to public court records. Think of this role as a strategic sales function in a public-sector setting, where success depends on trust-building, advocacy, and stakeholder alignment rather than traditional transactional sales. You will play an important role in expanding the court data coverage offered by LexisNexis products, including its legal research platform and by Lex Machina, the LexisNexis Legal Analytics platform. As a Court Access Account Executive, you will identify and secure partnerships with local court systems. You will collaborate cross-functionally across legal, content, technology, and government affairs teams to deliver value both to the courts and our organization.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $66,800 - $111,300. If performed in Illinois, the pay range is $73,700 - $122,900. If performed in Chicago, IL, the pay range is $77,300 - $128,900. U.S. National Pay Range: $70,200 - $117,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
