Context:

Within the Commercial and Operational Marketing Direction France, your mission is to sell and promote the company's products and services related to the software activity, aimed at lawyers, accountants, companies, and their collaborators (lawyers, social law specialists, etc.) in a localized geographical area in the Grand Ouest region and Ile de France.

Your main mission will be to develop the existing portfolio and ensure the promotion of all products and services on a dedicated account portfolio, particularly concerning the software activity.

The mission is broken down as follows:

  • Ensure follow-up of portfolio accounts and be a force of proposal for developing the software ecosystem with these clients
  • Manage sales cycles (from discovery to closing, on sectors of activity such as lawyers, accountants, and companies)
  • Understand, analyze the needs and issues related to the activity of your clients with a fine apprehension of legal professions (legal security, profitability, management, organizational optimization, risk management, etc.) with the ability to address high-level stakeholders.
  • Follow and develop the turnover on existing clients through cross-selling: online and software coupled sales, regular visits of the client park, support and advice for the development of the firm, promotion of the product and service range, development of the account by new sales, support of the client in a better understanding of products and services.
  • Ensure a service and consulting mission in order to provide the best services, tools, and solutions best suited to the needs of our clients (sales in advisory mode: know how to position yourself as a real advisor to the clients and as a promoter of digital innovative solutions).
  • Act as an interface between the needs of clients and the internal services of the company by participating in the development of our solutions by formalizing your client feedback, and by ensuring the proper application of methods and processes (use of CRM, feedback from the field, improvement of product functionalities…), and ensure reporting (you will have qualitative objectives).
  • Ensure your own appointment-making with intensive prospecting of identified targets (emailing, Sales Navigator, via social networks, events…), with the complement of qualified appointments provided by the marketing cell.
  • Continue to meet the new needs of our clients by finding solutions through engineering or responses via existing products, in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction among our clients.
  • Work jointly in a cross-functional and matrix mode with the different LNF departments (support teams, marketing, adv, development, editorial…).
  • Ensure competitive surveillance and follow-up of the addressed market.

Your profile:

• Of a rather nurturing temperament, you are dynamic, tenacious, and you like to challenge yourself (you are results-oriented) and possess good resilience.

• You like to challenge yourself, go beyond yourself, and possess a good sense of contact and especially that of autonomy and organization.

• You have good knowledge of the legal professions and the figures and tools used by the firms. Knowledge of business software (CEGID, SAGE, CADOR…) or in SaaS mode would be highly appreciated.

• You are agile-minded and ready to learn, you know how to challenge yourself, and you are eager to intervene on a quality target to integrate and respond to complex and ambitious client issues.

• Ideally, you have a first successful commercial experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in the world of publishing, new technologies, or in the software and IT world.

• You have a good presentation and are recognized for your skills in oral and written communication.

• You are able to manage several priorities in a limited time.

• You like to understand, find solutions, sell, demonstrate, and convince.

• Managing a client by phone or remotely in the current health context is part of your daily routine… otherwise, the position requires a lot of travel.

• Having legal and/or software knowledge would be a plus.
