The Role

As Manager, Legal and Compliance Services, you'll ensure that Reliance Health operates safely and within the law across all our markets. You'll own day-to-day legal and compliance operations, support internal teams with practical legal guidance, and ensure regulatory requirements are translated into clear, actionable processes. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance legal rigor with business needs, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams seeking legal guidance
• Review business proposals, product changes, and partnerships for legal risk
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance
• Manage external counsel relationships, including briefing and cost control
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor and partnership agreements
• Maintain a contract register tracking obligations, renewals, and timelines
• Ensure contracts are properly executed, stored, and understood by internal teams
• Manage regulatory filings, license applications, and correspondence with authorities
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business
• Maintain a compliance calendar to track all regulatory deadlines
• Convert regulatory requirements into internal policies and operational processes
• Support internal investigations and incident reviews involving legal or compliance risks
• Conduct structured risk assessments for new markets, products, or process changes
• Document findings, recommendations, and track issue resolution
