Relay Payments is seeking an ambitious, solution-driven Marketing Strategy & Operations teammate to join our Atlanta-based team. If you are a resourceful, agile builder with a knack for systems, data, and clear communication, we'd love to hear from you!

You will be the primary hands-on owner of our marketing tooling and data flows and a thought partner to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing on where to invest budget across channels. You'll monitor, measure, and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and keep our stack reliable so campaigns can launch fast.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing data foundation (HubSpot, GTM, GA4, Salesforce): Ensure pixels/tags and conversions fire properly, UTMs are captured, and naming/mapping stay consistent. Maintain HubSpot ↔ Salesforce field mappings and lead routing—configuring in HubSpot and partnering with our Salesforce developers/RevOps for CRM-side changes—so inbound leads reach the right owner quickly.
  • Funnel reporting & insights: Build and maintain dashboards from top-of-funnel (leads, MQLs) through trucks closed (our closed-won metric); monitor performance, investigate deltas, and surface clear recommendations for budget and channel strategy, with strong source hygiene and attribution.
  • Website & HubSpot operations: HubSpot hosts our website and is also used for social and email campaigns. Create/edit pages in HubSpot CMS, manage contacts and forms (including lead forms), ensure forms capture UTMs and route leads to Salesforce, maintain templates/modules, and assist with basic email and social scheduling/segmentation as needed.
  • Channel strategy & operations: Partner on campaign strategy, setup, and QA for Google/LinkedIn/Meta.
  • Quality, hygiene & governance: Run a lightweight pre-launch checklist and post-launch monitoring; routinely clean up legacy tags/conversions/audiences and test artifacts across GTM, ad platforms, and HubSpot; troubleshoot tracking and routing issues; perform basic dedupe/property hygiene.
  • Enablement & documentation: Keep one-page stack maps and short playbooks/runbooks so others can move quickly; act as the first point of contact on data/tech requests; drive continuous improvement of the martech stack.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Partnerships (landing pages, dedicated comms campaigns, audiences) and RevOps (full-funnel reporting, data cleanliness, lead routing).
  • This role works Monday through Friday on a hybrid schedule–in-office at Cobb Galleria Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

About You:

  • You have drive, determination, and grit; you're comfortable with ambiguity and operate independently to spot and solve problems. You have a clear bias to action, rolling up your sleeves and moving quickly.
  • Experience with core tools: HubSpot CMS/Marketing Hub, Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise; Salesforce working knowledge. You configure in HubSpot and partner with Salesforce developers/RevOps for CRM-side changes (forms, workflows, field mappings, lead routing, Campaigns).
  • Comfortable with pixels/tags and conversions in Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels; you can QA tracking and fix straightforward GTM/HubSpot issues.
  • Strong grasp of the marketing funnel and customer lifecycle, and you translate data into practical budget/channel recommendations.
  • You build clear reporting/dashboards (HubSpot and/or Salesforce) and help teams adopt them.
  • Data-fluent: Excel/Sheets power user; SQL/BI familiarity (Looker/Tableau/BigQuery) is a plus.
  • You turn ideas or proofs-of-concept into automated, scalable programs.
  • Nice-to-haves: OneSignal/Twilio, GA4 event setup, hands-on campaign management experience.
