⚡ Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, production, and test personnel is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and complex assembly practices is necessary for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess a strong understanding of quality processes and controls, as well as proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to define and own processes from scratch is highly valued.
- Familiarity with product development methodologies such as FMEA and SPC is a plus.
