- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing large scopes in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle structures, manufacturing, assembly processes, and mechanical components is important.
