- A bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required. - Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience, including internship experience. - Proficiency in CAD software such as NX and a basic understanding of GD&T is essential. - Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. - The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing large scopes in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of vehicle structures, manufacturing, assembly processes, and mechanical components is important. - The ability to reason through complex problems and perform trade studies using first principles is crucial for informed decision-making.
