Assistant Operations Manager

We are seeking motivated and customer-centric Assistant Operations Manager to help manage our parking operations in various locations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, personnel management, location profit and loss analysis, revenue generation, direct marketing, event management, client management, business development, and team development. Key Responsibilities

Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker

Check the parking system and make sure it's running properly along with the CCTV.

Perform walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness of the garage.

Check the cash machines, replenish them with cash and take the money out of the previous day.

Prepare deposits

Check emails and previous' day operations

Supervising Parking Attendants and Maintenance Team

Address customer issues and concerns.

Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer concerns (refunds, claims and/or complaints)

Assist in ordering supplies or placing vendors orders as needed (office and garage supplies)

Monitoring inventory levels of tickets.

Collect data on parking metrics.

Prepare and review reports on transient and monthly operations for the client.

Generate monthly reports

Ad Hoc Projects

Cover PTO

Other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

A Valid Drivers License

Proven experience in the parking management industry.

Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.

Event management experience is a plus.

Client relationship management skills.

Business development and strategic thinking abilities.

Leadership and team-building skills.
