Sales Agent Support

The employee will play a pivotal role in managing incoming calls from existing customers, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments while delivering exceptional service to enhance customer relationships. This position also involves actively promoting and facilitating additional sales of insurance products.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist customers in resolving payment issues, obtaining insurance documentation, and filing insurance claims efficiently.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and personalized information to address customer inquiries and enhance their satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities by educating customers on product benefits and features.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations and achieve sales targets.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on internal policies and industry regulations relevant to sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or background in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
