At Regions, the Loan Servicing and Customer Service Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Loan Servicing which may include special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations. This position is formally trained to provide customer service back up support when call volumes are high. During those peak times, this position will also respond to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding Loan Servicing products or services.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Hours: 40 hours
8 hour shift Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm CST
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Compensation Details:
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
Job Range Target:
Minimum: $32,465.00 USD
Median: $38,648.40 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
