- The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in engineering, physics, math, or computer science. - Strong problem-solving skills are essential, particularly in analyzing complex system behaviors to identify root causes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Experience with data analysis in programming languages such as Julia, R, MATLAB, or Python is highly valued. - A background in designing or testing complex interconnected systems, such as aircraft, boats, robots, or rockets, is preferred.
