✨ About The Role
- The Electrical Engineer at REGENT will be involved in the design, analysis, fabrication, integration, and testing of various electrical and avionics components and systems.
- Responsibilities include designing, specifying, diagraming, and procuring components, testing and debugging components and sub-systems, and vehicle integration.
- The role will require interfacing with multidisciplinary teams in overall sub-system and system development and testing tasks.
- Candidates should have a foundation in electrical engineering principles, experience with writing test plans and reports, and the ability to write detailed specifications and requirements for vendors.
- The role also involves hands-on experience in fabricating components, familiarity with shop tools, and travel may be required depending on the stage of the program.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Aerospace, Maritime, or Automotive fields
- Bachelor's in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience with low-voltage power distribution and protection
- Familiarity with serial networks such as CAN, RS485/422, ARINC 429, and ethernet
- Strong organization and communication skills, willingness to learn and mentor
