Senior It Business Operations Specialist

Within this role you will be a vital part of the IOPS IT Business Operations function supporting core business services such as procurement management, financial management, license management & process improvement.

As a Senior IT Business Operations Specialist, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Coordinating & supporting procurement activities for IOPS IT in collaboration with our IT user base
2. Building partnerships with SS&P to ensure alignment with their procedures and adhering to spending controls
3. Maintaining appropriate financial data to allow for data driven insights and analysis
4. Providing support to the budget and forecasting planning cycles
5. Working with developers on our financial reports to ensure data is accurate and available
6. Maintaining the license management database to ensure on-time renewals occur
7. Contributing to reports on IT business management progress to procurement, contractor management, project managers, and/or operations teams as necessary
8. Implementing and maintaining processes and documentation to support efficiencies within the group
9. Supporting the IT business operations manager as required in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Have experience with developing and maintaining business processes and suggest improvements

• Are detail oriented and focused on maintaining data to a high standard & accuracy.

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BA/BS in business, financial, management, or related field and 5+ years of business operations experience.

Salary range (annually): $78,700.00 - $128,700.00
