Create work job descriptions for existing and incoming equipment and process

Create and implement manufacturing and quality control processes.

Communicate company goals, objectives, and philosophies to the workforce.

Photograph, document, and communicate quality issues, manufacturing processes, and rebuild activities.

Assist senior engineers and other local department leaders with various improvement projects.

Organize, analyze, and summarize data.

Assist with the development of new processes and products for customer applications.

Performs detailed root cause analysis with practical problem-solving skills and implements corrective actions.

Supports product and manufacturing transfers and restructuring projects.

Supports Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Kaizen events to improve efficiency.

Develops and presents technical trainings (internal and external) as needed.

Assist local departments in the review of new part customer orders with the support of worldwide technical teams.

Assist with inspection and analysis of products returned for evaluation. Prepare notes detailing inspection results.

Follow Regal Rexnord Ethics and Safety Programs.
