What You'll Be Working On

• Improving and evolving our core brake products and developing the Next Generation of braking systems
• Designing custom brake solutions and components for global clients – and documenting your work
• Leading and executing tests in our in-house test center and production facilities
• Creating purchasing documentation like drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
• Collaborating across departments and with customers on development projects

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who's excited to learn and contribute. Ideally, you have:

• A degree in mechanical engineering (Bachelor level or higher)
• 3+ years of experience in design and development – but we're open to less if you're motivated
• Solid skills in 3D design tools – preferably CREO and AutoCAD
• A structured and independent work style, with respect for deadlines and specs
• Experience with ISO environments and machine manufacturing standards is a plus
• Knowledge of brake systems, hydraulics, and Wrike is a bonus
• Comfortable working in an international setting with good English skills
