Product Marketing Manager

Reface is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the new product team. We offer a role from the very beginning of product hypotheses to the stage of scaling to millions of users, forming the value proposition of new products, testing user interest in a potential product, and developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy.

Reface is a Ukrainian product company that creates mobile AI applications. In 5 years, our products have been downloaded over 250 million times. We were #1 in the USA App Store, received Google Play's Best App, and attracted investments from Andreessen Horowitz.

About You:

• You have experience with web funnels (6 months) and launching new products or directions as a Product Marketing/Growth Manager. Experience in Health & Fitness or related niches will be a big plus.
• You are driven by finding new ways to increase conversion: you generate hypotheses, analyze results, and improve performance for different audiences.
• You can analyze the audience (onboarding, user interviews, etc.), and you are interested in researching competitors, conducting research, and tracking trends in the niche.
• You are a result-driven freak: you love testing new ideas, clearly formulate hypotheses, and always know which metrics they will impact.
• You are very organized: you enjoy managing several experiments at the same time, launching funnels for new communications, and finding solutions for scaling together with other teams.
• You want to influence product development—you are motivated by the opportunity to work with new funnels and directions and to really impact the project's outcome.

What You Will Do:

• Generate and prioritize hypotheses to improve conversion on web funnels;
• Launch and manage A/B tests (from idea to result analysis—together with the team of designers and developers);
• Work on product scaling through finding new audiences and launching new communications;
• Conduct regular analysis of competitors and market trends;
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, UAM, designers, and developers;
• Participate in the creation of infrastructure solutions to optimize team performance.
