Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, who will respond to emails, reviews, and chat questions across all countries. The role involves working 7 days a week in 8–10 hour shifts, fully remotely, without night shifts.

About you:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support role or a similar position
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently
  • A strong focus on customer needs and excellent customer service skills
  • High communication abilities and patience
