- The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Growth role, particularly in selling technical products. - A successful candidate is scrappy and creative, able to find innovative ways to reach potential customers and willing to experiment with new outreach strategies. - Exceptional communication skills are essential, as the candidate must effectively engage with technical buyers and understand their needs. - The candidate should be highly organized and process-oriented, maintaining CRM cleanliness and tracking the results of various experiments. - Familiarity with sales development best practices is crucial, as the candidate should have experience with various tools and messaging strategies.
