We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Campus Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of our campus. This role requires someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring every detail is prepared with excellence for weekends, events, team gatherings, and daily ministry operations. The Campus Administrator will manage office functions, partner with staff to keep communication and workflow moving, and create systems that help our teams serve efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is both detail-minded and people-minded—someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and help create an environment where ministry can flourish.

ATX Campus Administrator Responsibilities:
Campus Operations: Lead the day-to-day management of office and campus functionality, ensuring all systems, supplies, and spaces remain organized, operational, and ministry-ready throughout the week.
Cross-Team Coordination: Partner with ministries, teams, and leaders to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and execute tasks with excellence. Act as the connective tissue between communication, planning, and on-the-ground execution.
Staff & Ministry Support: Provide high-level administrative support for campus staff. Help manage schedules, communication flows, project details, and ministry logistics to keep plans moving and teams aligned.
Weekend & Event Readiness: Own the preparation process for all weekend services and campus events. This includes environment setup, staging materials, coordinating hospitality details, and working closely with teams to create excellent experiences for guests. This role will grow and evolve as Red Rocks Austin continues to expand. Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities beyond this list will be essential. Experience in administrative systems, organization, logistics, or event operations required.
