Red Rabbit is a Black-owned School Food Management Company that works with hundreds of schools, districts, and food banks to uplift communities of color throughout the North East and Mid-Atlantic Regions.
Our professionally trained chefs create menus, source farm fresh ingredients, and cook delicious, thoughtful, and familiar food. School food matters not only because it is integral to good health, but because what children eat is an essential part of their cultural identity and sense of self.
The Food Service Worker & Logistics Support role is a hybrid position combining in-school food service with delivery/logistics support. As part of a 3–6 person kitchen team, you will serve healthy, made-from-scratch meals to children in schools while also assisting with 1–2 delivery routes to ensure schools receive meals, milk, and supplies on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with children, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can support both kitchen and delivery operations.
