The Red Hat APAC Openshift Platform Team leadership is looking for a seasoned Sales leader to lead a team of Sales Specialists to drive exponential market growth across India.
In this role you will lead the team to promote Red Hat's OpenShift Portfolio of solutions, products, and services both direct to customers and through and together with the Partner Ecosystem. This role reports to the APAC Openshift SSP Leader and is closely involved in developing and implementing product growth strategies and comprehensive solution approaches. You will have the responsibility to drive the Emerging product business across India working in partnership with the regional SSP Tech Sales Leaders.
You will also be responsible for the execution of programs to drive product portfolio growth across APAC. This will involve close collaboration across teams from Marketing, Business Units, Finance, Operations, and both APAC and Global leadership teams.
You and your team will be primarily responsible for driving net new business with the Red Hat Portfolio of products across both "show how it's done" by meeting with customers and partners to enable our teams and grow the business in alignment with communicated sales goals.
As a Sales Leader, it will be your responsibility to build, train, develop, and manage this team to expand Red Hat's footprint and develop new revenue streams.
