The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) marketing team is looking for a Principal Program Marketing Manager to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the marketing contribution for Infrastructure portfolio solutions, to support the business in growing market share in installed base and net-new accounts. As a Principal Program Marketing Manager, you will plan and carry out region-wide integrated campaigns and programs that focus on filling the top of the funnel, as well as initiatives that programmatically accelerate prospects along the customer journey, and cross-sell and upsell campaigns. Your scope includes orchestrating the content required for successful execution of campaigns and programs in countries across the region. You will work with the global campaigns team, subject matter experts in APAC, and country marketing teams to ensure localisation and relevance of campaign messaging and assets. To be successful in this role, you have to be good at both strategy and execution, with a deep understanding of B2B demand generation. You will also need to build up solid relationships with other marketing teams including audience strategy and insights, digital experience, ABM and verticals.
