Remote - US $110K-$130K, OTE $165K-$200K
Summary: Hunter-style Enterprise Account Executive selling offshore development, product engineering, and custom software services into US mid-market and enterprise accounts. Owns full sales cycle.
Requirements: 5β12 years of sales experience in IT services, product engineering or custom software development sales. Proven hunter / outbound new-logo background. Direct experience selling offshore development teams or engineering services (required). Enterprise complex IT sales experience. Comfort navigating complex buying groups. Strong understanding of US enterprise buying process. CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Responsibilities: Own full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Drive outbound pipeline and new logo acquisition. Sell offshore development, product engineering, and custom software services. Engage CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement stakeholders. Partner with pre-sales on discovery, solutions, and proposals. Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecasts.
