- Experienced software engineer with at least 7 years of professional software development experience, focusing on full stack engineering for at least 4 years - Proficient in front-end technologies like TypeScript/JavaScript and back-end technologies like Python and SQL - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a fully-remote environment and negotiate requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Technical leadership experience with data analysis platforms and a solid understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and feature rollout - Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support
