- Manage all aspects of onboarding new sales team members to shorten time to ramp
- Oversee communication processes for sales to drive clarity and prioritization across global teams
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies for the Sales Organization
- Define program metrics and assess program impact/success
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication strategies and campaigns

- Must have demonstrated expertise in creating sales onboarding programs and/or prior sales experience
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to simplify complex subject matter and have a service-oriented mindset
- Experience in collaborating with diverse perspectives and new ideas
- A portfolio of previously executed projects owned from start to finish is required
