✨ About The Role

- Responsible for validating new features and releases of mobile products, writing native automated tests, and supporting existing automated tests - Collaborate with engineers and product managers to triage and prioritize issues, analyze production issues, and identify test gaps for systemic improvements - Work closely with Quality Engineering and Platforms teams to enhance automation frameworks and ensure a good user experience - Contribute to team strategy, actively participate in planning for the future, and communicate effectively within the team and across disciplines - Fully remote role with the option to work in a Reddit office if located close by, open only to candidates currently in the US or Canada

âš¡ Requirements

- Experienced QA professional with at least 5 years of experience in manual testing and test automation, particularly in mobile applications - Proficient in XCTest/Swift or Espresso/Kotlin for developing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites - Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to act as a startup CEO, self-directed, innovative, and action-oriented in fast-paced environments - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences - Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, contributing meaningfully to team strategy and actively participating in planning for the future
