✨ About The Role
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue through strategic operational projects
- Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders
- Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration of systems, tools, and technology
- Track data and maintain reporting processes for key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting
- Conduct strategic market insights, including competitive landscape analysis, to help formulate go-to-market plans
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in business operations with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the online marketing and advertising industry
- Skilled in managing complex data sets and working across multiple business units, particularly in sales and finance
- Comfortable with analytical thinking and problem-solving, especially in ambiguous situations
- Previous management consulting experience, ideally with top firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG
- Strong knowledge of sales systems and tools, such as SFDC
