✨ About The Role

Responsible for managing the system configuration of the VNDLY platform, including design, testing, and deployments Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop an ongoing roadmap for VNDLY feature enhancements and improvements Facilitate requirements sessions, design proof of concepts, and lead demonstrations to influence scalable solutions Provide operational support, develop reporting requests, lead user acceptance testing, and support change management efforts Work closely with HR, Finance, and Corporate Technology to troubleshoot errors, identify root causes, and plan remediation

Experienced in configuring contingent workforce tools and core Workday HCM administration, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience Skilled in designing and supporting system configurations within contingent workforce tools and understanding downstream impacts Capable of leading end-to-end feature implementations, creating custom reports, and maintaining data connectors and integrations Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in sprints following agile methodology Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a desire to learn and take on new challenges
