✨ About The Role
- Lead and develop procurement operations in compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Manage key metrics and SLA's to provide high-quality service, focusing on global Procurement Operations reporting, analysis, and metrics
- Identify, recommend, and implement scalable process optimization, resource efficiency, and automation opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with business partners across various departments to ensure compliance and successful collaboration
- Oversee vendor onboarding, maintain vendor files, and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 7-9 years of proven experience in Procurement, Requisitioning, and CLM systems, with 2+ years of supervisory experience required
- Experience in a high-growth environment, ideally with a mix of public/private industry exposure
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills are essential
- Ability to design and implement new policies and procedures, driving process and system improvements in a global setting
- Technically savvy with a growth mindset, capable of learning new technologies and driving continuous improvement
