- Lead a team within the Tech, Gaming, and Telco verticals of the Large Customer Sales org at Reddit
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of Industry Managers, providing thought leadership and guidance around account planning

- Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage with executive-level client stakeholders in the Tech, Gaming, and Telco verticals
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, executive presence, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Prior experience in direct advertiser sales, negotiations, and management of strategic partnerships, with a focus on both brand and direct-response marketing objectives
