Proven experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong technical background with 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in developing user-facing applications Ability to work with product metrics and tools like GA, BigQuery to drive product decisions Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and innovation, thriving in ambiguous environments Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams in a remote setting
