✨ About The Role
- Develop, drive, and execute a long-term vision and strategy for Consumer Safety by working with cross-functional partners
- Plan and execute short and long-term goals with product, design, data science, and other engineering managers
- Participate in the full development cycle including design, development, test, experimentation, and launch
- Support a full stack product team of backend, frontend, and mobile engineers and coach and mentor them for their professional development
- Set and enable a culture of metrics-led execution, establish efficient processes, and focus on impact with goal setting and target establishment

- Experienced in managing software engineering teams for at least 2 years and developing large-scale distributed software applications for 5+ years
- Skilled in building and cultivating high-performing teams, prioritizing tasks, and focusing on impact
- Results-oriented with a strong customer and business focus, able to communicate complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and innovative with a bias toward action in fast-paced environments
- High empathy, excellent communication skills, and ability to find compromise while working across the entire engineering organization
