- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for Consumer Safety by working with cross-functional partners
- Plan and execute short and long-term goals with product, design, data science, and engineering teams
- Participate in the full development cycle from design to launch, supporting a full stack product team
- Coach and mentor engineers to further their professional development and establish a culture of metrics-led execution
- Set goals and targets for the team, focusing on impact and enabling a culture of transparency

- Experience managing a team of software engineers for at least 2 years, with a total of 5+ years developing large-scale distributed software applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to keep projects on schedule
- Results-oriented individual with a focus on customer and business impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills to discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
