Account manager will oversee account portfolio in Hampton, VA; meeting clients, responding to emails and phone calls from property management and clients, adhering to P&L budgets working directly with porters, cleaners, and supervisors to ensure customer needs are meet as described on the cleaning scope of work. Ordering of supplies, submitting time records for staff.
Qualifications:
• Must be flexible as position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Must have attended and successfully passed training.
• Must have at least 5 years of janitorial management experience or experience in a related field. A College degree may account for ½ of the experience qualification.
• Internal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with no disciplines within a year of applying for this position.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office products and be able to operate and maintain site specific programs.
