You will be part of our off-premise retail team, which is an important strategic part of Red Bull. You will report to your Trade Marketing Manager. To succeed in this role, you need to have an understanding of the Finnish retail market, the ability to create and implement ideas concretely, and the courage to challenge. You will work independently in your own responsibility area, but you will also work closely with the sales field and other teams, as well as external partners such as designers and manufacturers.

Developing and Implementing Store Marketing You are responsible for the planning and execution of store marketing to achieve set sales and marketing goals. The work includes campaign coordination and store marketing optimization.
Enhancing Brand Visibility in Stores You ensure that the brand is visible strongly and distinctively in retail stores, supporting product recognition and attractiveness among consumers.
Planning Store and Campaign Materials You are responsible for the planning and production of necessary store materials, such as display materials and campaign supports.
Developing New Store Solutions You develop innovative solutions to improve the store environment, supporting sales growth and customer experience.
Regular Store Visits You make regular visits to stores to ensure the success of implemented campaigns and the realization of brand visibility.
Minimum two years of experience in similar roles and customer-facing roles in the retail sector.
Your background may include sales, marketing, or visual communication.
Commercial educational background.
You are motivated to develop, proactive, and work methodically.

Fluent in Finnish and English.
Strong IT skills.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
